Sidebar: neither "http auth", nor "chose mail app" popup does not show properly for links in sidebar

i`m using https://github.com/sftblw/Webpage-Sidebar to open simple panel from my website. Before 83.0 there was an http-auth-prompt in popup, now it does not show. The same goes for "select mail program" since previous update.

Any ideas for workaround for this "new, shi(t|n)y features"?
