firefox38.4 with mp4 video

I found when I upload mp4 video to confluence by media macro, it can not shown in firefox 38.4 browser, but can be shown in google chrome brower. Is there suggestion for the condition ? Thanks a lot. Additional information: I know I can update firefox version to solve the problem, but because some program must use firefox 38.4 version, is there suggestion for 38.4 setting for mp4 video?
