Email is broken and Ihave spent 3 hours with Frontier techs and they finaly told me to call you.

In Thunderbird click Help Then Troubleshooting Information Copy to Clipboard Then come back here and paste that info into the reply window.

Maybe someone will spot an issue with your settings.

With Frontier or any other Yahoo-based service (Verizon, Sky, AT&T etc.), it usually helps to apply the settings described in this topic:

I did a windows upgrade after restart I down load Thunderbird again and installed. Used setup tool for first email then had to introduce Thunderbird to yahoo. now working fine. Thanks for the material to help out with.
