I am signed in here with my account but sync will not connect I am not receiving the verification email

I was asked to re-sign in to firefox sync today. I have the right password ( I am logged in here ) but it says I need to verify my account via the email. I am not receiving an email. It is not in my spam folder and accounts@firefox.com in in my safe senders list and I have previous emails from that account ok in my in box.

I have tried requesting a new verification email sometimes it says failure to deliver email sometimes it says it has resent but again no delivery. I am receiving other emails on my account in a timely fashion.

How can I get sync working again? Thanks.
