After the " . " in the filename, what are the three letters?

It was for a store voucher which i have opened and printed many times, although i managed to open it on my smartphone. aadaoes this have anything to do with firefox focus?

Are you trying to download it on Firefox for Android, or Firefox Focus?

I have Firefox Focus i can see it on my phone but i can't open it on my laptop so i can print it out, i never had this problem with this before. thanks for trying to help Regards Irene
