How to fix 'Print Preview Error'?
I get this new error every time I hit command p. I'm on a Mac and have version 64.0.2.
None of the previous support options helped me.
Please help!

What is the preview error? Those keys assignment is the O/S setting or printer software settings and the Browser uses the keys assigned to it.

I'm not sure what you mean, but I get it everytime I try to print from Firefox.
Any ideas?
You probably saw this article already, but just in case: Fix printing problems in Firefox.
In addition to the preview built-in to the Print dialog on Mac's (we don't have that on Windows), Firefox has a preview view. There is an add-on which has a button to show it. Not sure if that will help in any way, but you might find it useful to preview without calling up print: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/preview-print-button/
Yes I have tried all of these solutions and none of them has worked. Does anyone know of a support phone number?
Do you ever see the Print dialog, or do you get that message instead of the Print dialog?
There are private, third party support companies. Mozilla does not have phone support.
I see the Print dialog first, then I try printing or any other options such as 'save as pdf' and hit print and then the error will appear.
Hit Command and P
Then, when you have the print dialogue open, click where it says 'PDF' and choose to, 'open it in Preview' instead. i.e. the Macs own Preview application, and NOT the printer drivers preview window that you would normally have before printing.
See if the page appears as it should in the preview applications window, if it does you most likely have a printer install error.
What printer do you use out of interest, most newer printers support the Bonjour protocol properly which is Apples prefered way of sending data to a printer (I am typing this from an iMac and have lots of Apple kit)

I tried all the options and none of them work.
Keep in mind I have tried printing in other browsers and it works as normal. This is a recent issue with Firefox only and i don't know why. i'm using the VersaLink C7020. It has been working fine for a year and now all of a sudden I get this error.
Any one else have a solution for this?
