Slowness loding cdnjs in diferent pages - Firefox Developer Edition

I'm using Firefox Developer Edition and I'm facing some slowness try to open some websites, usually when the Browser its "waiting for cdnjs.cloudflare.com", its tanking up to 2.5 minutes to full load the site; as example I try with www.isto.io and others, and the console show following warning.

Loading failed for the <script> with source “https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/clipboard.js/1.7.1/clipboard.min.js”.

Id' try In other Browser like Safari and Chrome and its loading the page quick fast without the error above.
