Weird shadowy effect when scrolling on Firefox

I just got a new Samsung Note 8, and when I scroll on any website in Firefox, it has a screen effect where it puts some shadowy arcs along the right and bottom side when I scroll down the page and on the right side and top when I scroll up the page. It's really annoying and distracting. How can I fix this/turn it off?
