Tabs lost after forced exit by process kill

When closing Firefox 57.0 normally all tabs survive and are restored on the next start. But after killing the process in windows, all tabs get lost.

Note: In versions prior to Firefox 57.0 the tabs also survivved a process kill.

Please fix this issue! Tabs should never lost unless the user wants to!
