Installing addon is failing with "Failed to remove temporary file C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\tmp-p2k.xpi"

I'm trying to install add-on "https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/epochconverter/" But its failing with error -

I tried manually removing those temporary files, reinstalling firefox restarting windows but nothing helped.
