How can I get the name of a sender of an email to appear?
I clicked on something and it took the name away from my in box so I can't see who the emails are from. How do I get the names to appear?

Do you mean you lost the column headed 'From:' in the listing of emails in your inbox? If so, look at the top of the window and you should see a series of headings: mine include 'Subject', 'Date' and 'Size' and there are symbols for whether the email has attachments, whether it's junk etc. At the far right hand end of those headings there is a peculiar symbol with a downward pointing arrow. Click on that and it will show a list of the columns that you can have displayed. Make sure that the 'From' column is ticked and the names of senders should reappear.

Can someone help me please? Do you have a phone number I can speak to a person?
Have you lost the "From" column, or not?
Everytime I forward a message, all this stuff comes up. How do I get rid of it?
