I did a factory reset for my phone. After that the phone is not booting at all. Its comes the welcome screen and stays there itself

Which device are you using? Do you have any experience using the adb tools for debugging?

I am using Alcatel Onetouch. I dont have experience using adb tool. But in order to use it, phone should start right? I am getting only the device welcome screen says Alcatel Onetouch. And not going inside.
