Where do I see answers to my questions? Is there phone support?

hello, you can see your prior questions in the forum at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/all?owner=mine&show=all & you will be notified by mail if they receive replies. like most other freeware products, mozilla does not offer support over the phone...

Is your question about Firefox on a desktop computer?

If that is the case then we can move the question from Mobile to Firefox support.
