Why I don't receive wretransfer emails or confirmations on thunderbird?
I sent several times files with Wetransfer, but I don't receive nor the automatic confirmations that the files are already uploaded and that the addressees have downloaded the link.

If you logon to your webmail account using a browser, are those emails in the Inbox or Junk or Spam etc folders?
If they are not in the webmail account then Thunderbird cannot download them.
If you use a Pop mail account in Thunderbird, then it can only access the server Inbox to download emails. So, if the email was received by server and it thought it was spam, maybe the email was moved to a Spam folder. Therefore, a pop mail account would not see it.
