Solution choisie

Hi rober_13, Make sure that the computer with the working bookmarks is attached to the account and syncs before you add the new one.

Sync is not meant to be a backup, but a way to sync devices and their current settings.

If the old machine or the new one does have access to current profile Manually back up and restore Firefox profile data will walk you through how to recover them.
