I have been told by NC Medicaid NC Tracks/Liberty that they only support Firefox 10. This is the program where all transactions and processes are conducted. How do I tell what version I have?

I have also tried to log in to NC Track with Firefox, but I get a screen that states I cant access the site?

Hello, At the top of the Firefox window, click the Help menu and select About Firefox. You will get a window like the one in image below.

For Installing older version of Firefox Go through Install an older version of Firefox .

You should be able to use the current version of Firefox with any website, using old versions like Firefox 10 leaves you at SERIOUS Security vulnerabilities than leave your computer and information at risk. Have you tried using the website with your version of Firefox (Ignore the warning)
