my firefox is really slow and prone to crash so when i try to find solution in internet it said that i can refresh my firefox to fix this and a window will open after refresh, but the window never appear and when i try to open the firefox, it wont open. i try to reinstall it but it still won't open. please tell me how to solve this, guys. thanks
