Is there any way of removing/disabling the Personal Address book. All my address stuff is stored on cloud server and the PA gets in the way.

My address book and calendar are stored on a server and accessed using davical (carddav and caldav based). The problem is that if I add an address in thunderbird, the address book defaults to "Personal Address Book" and new entries are saved on the local disk (usually abook.mab). This is absolutely useless to me as I cannot access these files from any other device. Is there anyway of either disabling/removing the "Personal Address book" so that address are always added to the davical based address book, or is the any way of making the Personal Address book carddav based.
