For the last week my t/bird a/c freezes frequently [but not always] when i open it to read/reply to messages. In addition logging in to the mail server seems to take at least 2 and often 3 tries before a message counts as "sent" and copying the message to the "sent" folder casues the same problem [sometimes] . I haveclosed the program and re=opened in "safe" mode ...i e minues the add=ons....doens't seen to make any difference. The freeze , when it occurs, has "not responding" at the top of the page...sometimes i just leave it for a while , sometimes i close and re-open the prgram.Neither seem to solve the immediate problem. Internet access is NOT affected ...i can browse whilst T/bird is frozen. Thoughts?
