Something changed with one of the Fire Fox updates. I can no longer log into my Spotify account on my home computer. For some reason the login page shows me a log in error. Nothing has changed on my Spotify account settings. The current log in works in Google Chrome and in the the Soptify app. I can use the same log in on my work computer using Fire Fox as well. I don't know what changed with Fire Fox on my home computer and I don't know where to look to resolve the problem. Can you help?

Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.

We can’t connect to the server at sport365.stream.

If you entered the right address, you can:

   Try again later
   Check your network connection
   Check that Firefox has permission to access the web (you might be connected but behind a firewall)

My YouTube homepage is blank when I visit using Firefox (see attached screenshot). Here is a list of all of the fixes I have tried:

-Disabling all extensions and turning off Enhanced Tracking Protection (at the same time) -Clearing cache -Clicking 'forget this site' on YouTube in my browser history -Restarting my PC/Firefox -Refreshing Firefox profile (this worked, but the issue returned after an hour) -Changing my system theme to light mode -Launching Firefox in troubleshoot mode -Logging in on an incognito window (with the same result) -Probably some other things I'm missing (I tried pretty much every result I could find from looking up 'YouTube homepage is blank' and 'YouTube homepage not loading).

The issue only occurs on Firefox and only after I log in to YouTube. This has never occurred before. I checked to make sure my Firefox and YouTube settings are the same as they've always been.

YouTube videos load fine as long as I paste the direct link into the URL bar, but ONLY the video (no comments, recommended videos, likes/dislikes, description, etc...) and I can't take it out of theatre mode nor fullscreen it (fullscreening it just removes the top bar of the browser--the video itself still has black bars on the sides).

Sometimes when I reload the page, I see the following at the end of the URL: &ThemeRefresh=1. I don't know if that means anything.

I am using the Firefox app on Windows 11. I am not using a VPN. This issue is specific to YouTube and YouTube only.

As of lasts night Youtube has stopped loading. After reading some support articles I reset my browser and turned off nearly every extension and setting I could find and got it to load once, but then it stopped again. Navigating to Youtube brings up a grid of squares (which I believe should be stills for videos). I turned the extensions back on and tried turning them off one by one but I'm unable to isolate on that's causing the issue. Similarly, I tried settings one by one, but cannot find one that resolves the issue. Using the one normal open Youtube window I have, I am able to open a video in a new tab, but there is no menu on the left, no links on top no comments, I can't even like a video.

Unable to log into firefox on Mac. It's displaying "Touch your security key to continue with twitter.com". What's the issue, and how do I login plz?

I am unable to open a tel link to see a phone number of a business. I am running iMac, MacOS Sonoma 14.7.5

When I click on open link (see image) it just takes me back to the same pop up

This is frustrating, as I have to use a different browser, or use my iPhone.

I am having trouble accessing a web site that I have always accessed before. I think it is only since the latest Firefox update. website - https://www.startersorders.com/phpBB2/viewforum.php?f=24

The attached message is displayed but if I press the refresh button in Firefox enough times the website loads.

I have tried disabling my Norton antivirus and firewall but it does not help.

Any help would be appreciated.

Youtube is nonfunctional on firefox as of April 29 2025. It was all working fine last night, then I woke up to no youtube. It loads the website as a blank screen. Videos can be accessed by going directly to their URL, but no recommendeds load in, no comments section, even the title and channel information is unavailable. I would say none of the buttons work, but there are no buttons to test. It works fine in Chrome still. I know it's not my extensions because I tried removing them all, and it didn't fix it. I know it's not my cache/cookies, because I cleared that too and it didn't fix it. I know it's not on Youtube's end, because it works fine in Chrome. I know it's not an update issue, because I updated my browser and it didn't fix it. Please. I want to be able to use youtube in firefox. Please help me fix this thing. I have attached photos, but I suspect they'll be more demonstrative of the problem than useful for troubleshooting.

Suddenly today (April 30) when I try to go to Yoube home page, I get a blank (see the picture). But if I try in a private window, it works.

I see Youtube has re-designed its home page - maybe that's part of ther problem.

Is there a setting I can change?

I have been using Firefox as my browser for many years and have connected with my bank, MaineSavings.com for as long. I now cannot connect. I am able to connect to any other site I chose, just not Maine Savings. I have contacted my bank's IT department and have been told the issue is the web browser, hence this inquiry. Please investigate and respond. Thank you. D.E. Hall
