Obwohl in den Einstellung automatische Wiederherstellung alter Tabs eingestellt war, wurde dies nicht durchgeführt. Da ich es zu spät gemerkt hatte, konnte ich nicht über die Chronik die alte Sitzung wiederherstellen. Was kann ich jetzt machen?

In FF on my PC I create a folder in the bookmarks toolbar for that day's research. I drag page URLs into there to bookmark sites/pages for follow up reading.
As extpected the shortcuts have the site's icons.
Open FF on my Macbook at home and since this verion, no favionns until I open the respective pages.
This is new. All other sync seems fine.

And it's only happening on firefox not other browsers. Is there a way to fix this?

It won't disappear on hover or turns gray. I have to restart to regain proper functionality.

I do not want the bookmark toolbar. I have checked it to never show, but it reappears when I open a new window or when I first sign on.

This has happened several times in the last 4 months or so, it had never happened prior to that and I've used Firefox for years. It now occurs when I open Firefox after my computer has either been shutdown, or the computer does a restart. I am signed in to my Mozilla account.
I switched from Brave because it would no longer keep my pinned tabs. I was told Firefox will keep pinned tabs, but it does not. What am I doing wrong?
