Have a Toshisba Satellite running Windows 7. lately a new Firefox was installed by you all.

I can't get it to do anything.

Maybe if I can have the old version back, I could continue to use Firefox.

in many cases such issues are caused by a firewall/security software which doesn't recognize & therefore blocks new firefox versions: Fix problems connecting to websites after updating Firefox
