on my options there is nothing, when I open a new tab nothing new happens, I still have the old new tab. how can I activate the new feature of firefox?

Do you see at least the nine boxes on the about:newtab page?

ohh please, whan I start firefox it works, but when i clik on new tab it doesnt work, how can i switch it on?

Did you set the startup page to about:newtab ?

What is the setting of the browser.newtab.url pref and the browser.newtabpage.enabled pref?

Do both prefs have the default value?
