I lost sound with the last update, how can I get it back?

Working with Windows Vista home Premium. All worked before update to firefox 13.0.1. Other sound works but internet sound is gone.

Hi tazman12, when you say "updated" do you mean rolled back? There is a problem with the latest versions.

Many sites use the Flash player for audio, as well as video. Could you review this article and see whether it helps? Flash 11.3 doesn't load video in Firefox

I am not sure if Adobe is the flash player or Windows player is, but I don't have Real Player.

Hi tazman12, Adobe makes the Flash player (formally known as Shockwave Flash).

Thanks jscher2000, rolled back and the problem is solved! Thanks for keeping me on the right path to the fix.
