I would like a bookmarks folder to open when I hover over it, I don't want to have to click on it to open it.

I would like to be able to hover my mouse over the bookmark toolbar and when i hover over a bookmark folder I want it to open so I can select a bookmark and use it like a hover menu instead of having to click on it.
