Languages not showing in YouTube Studio

I've tried every step except copying files between profiles which seems a bit too advanced for me. The problem remains.

More text is disappearing (see images)

The subtitles section in YouTube Studio is redesigned and I can now see the languages but instead there are other items not showing (see image).
