1) Why are QR Scan 1 and QR code (see attachment) being saved to my system and thumb drives?

2) How do I get these to stop being saved to my system and thumb drives?

3) How is this information being used by Mozilla?

4) Can I change how the information is being used? 

        If yes, how do I make the change(s)?
