
Suddenly can’t access my email
Hi - I’ve been using Thunderbird for many years. I suddenly can’t access it. I get a window message saying: “Login to server imap.gmail.com with user name (user name) failed”. Can anyone walk me through what to do? Happy to pay for assistance. Thanks so much!

Please post your Troubleshooting Information. At the top right of the Thunderbird window, click the menu button ≡, then select Help > More Troubleshooting Information. Press the "Copy text to clipboard button" and paste the information into your reply.
