When I go to PCMag.com secondary page the hard drive lite comes on steady and the cursor stops working.

This does not happen all the time. When I click on something in a secondary page of PCMag.com the computer hard drive will be constantly on and the cursor will not move. After about two minutes I get about 10 seconds to do something and then the process starts over again. This has also happened on the CBSSports secondary webpage. I am using Ubuntu 18.04 with all the updates and Firefox Quantum 65.0.1 64 bit.
