I noticed that Firefox Focus does not have the tab management system from the standard Firefox browser. In my opinion, this is a vital feature that is missing.

It is unlikely that Focus will have a robust tab management view. Focus is designed to be a simple browser with disposable sessions. You can share a tab from Focus to Firefox for Android to get more features.
