"Send tab to device" is inactive

Hi, after updating to the latest versions of Firefox I have "Send tab to device" menu inactive. If I enter my account https://accounts.firefox.com/settings/clients?service=sync I can see 3 devices connected (my office PC, home PC, Android). The same problem is with my other Firefox on office PC. But if I try the same function from Android Firefox, it works to send to home PC only.
