Firefox Sync not working with iPhone

Hi,

I have a desktop of Windows 10 and two iOS device. Syncing between my iPad and desktop works perfectly, while my iPhone can sync from neither my iPad nor my desktop. I clicked the sync image beside the account name on my iPhone, it turned blue for a while. When it stopped, it showed the sync time, and that appeared to be someday in Oct. 2017. I checked devices list in firefox account, all devices are in the list with correct sync time. What can I do to make my iPhone sync correctly with my desktop and my iPad? Thanks for your help.
