Ubuntu 14.04.4 LTS Linux work 3.13.0-88-generic #135-Ubuntu SMP firefox 47.0 Mozilla Firefox for Ubuntu canonical - 1.0

with approximately 45.0 release, the problems started with the display properties of the title tag for the <and>, as well as tooltips browser tabs. I tried to change the display using the styles introduced in the browser through the extension - does not change. I tried to reset your browser settings - did not help. Tried to change browser theme - it also did not help! I tried to change the theme GUI - without result.
