Delete key does not work
Thank you for providing feedback on the new Outlook on the web experience. I am a Support Engineer with Microsoft and apologize for the poor experience and any inconvenience that was caused.
It seems that it might be browser issue so try to login to Outlook using different browser and check are you facing the same issue are you able to locate the Delete icon there? If still the issue persists so please let us know so we can resolve the issue and can improve the experience.
