I get this error message when I try to run FF 39 on a Windows 7 laptop. I can click through and the browser opens and appears to work. I have tried uninstalling FF, deleting the directory and re-installing a fresh copy, but nothing changed. Ideas?

Err msg = The procedure point PK11_PubDerive could not be located in the dynamic link library nss3.dll.
