When I open Firefox I get a message telling me "Failed to read configuration file. Please contact system administrator". When I click OK Firefox opens normally and seems to be fine. Not sure what is going on here. Any ideas why this is happening and how to get rid of it?
Windows 10 64-bit Firefox 115.3.1 64-bit

Memory usage jumps significantly on new tabs. And no, it didn't happen on the previous version.
Sometimes this memory is later released but not always.

CANNOT DO ANYTHING BECAUSE FIREFOX AND I DO NOT AGREE ON THE PRIMARY ACCOUNT. NO WAY TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT. FEELING LIKE TOTALLY REMOVING ALL FIREFOX INFO, PROGRAMS, ETC AND DUMPING THIS WHOLE MOZILLA MESS.

Maybe a gun to the computer would be the best way to eliminate the Firefox problems -- seems that way. Then on my new computer I can STAY AWAY FROM EVERYTHING FIREFOX OR MOZILLA. STUPID WAY TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS -- Oh, maybe that's my problem. I am NOT A CUSTOMER cause I don't pay you.

I cannot stay Signed In on Zoom's website (and I used to be able to). When I hover over the Information icon, I see a message that I have to enable Functional Cookies (see attached). I have cleared my cache and explicitly allowed Zoom, but no luck. I don't have this problem in other browsers.
