I was using Nightly browser and decided to uninstall it to switch back to Firefox but accidentally deleted bookmarks and settings in the process. Is there anything I can do?

Well you are very likely to have lost but you can try to find the files using recuva (make sure you are scanning C:\Users\<yourname>\Appdata\).
