Hey guys;

I personalized the browser w/ the cool Mnmt Vly strip (the Mittens); I dig the SW. However, after installing the version 8.0, a new bar popped up under the URL address field & the 'go back one page' button. It narrows the screen & it's annoying since I don't use Bing as a SE. How do I get rid of it? Oh, this is the look of Mozilla in XP, it looks different in Win 7. My OS is Win 7 - Pro & I use XP virtual for long sessions on-line for extra protection. My previous two PCs got hacked.

Tnx, Robert

Go Tools -> Add-Ons and disable any Bing extension.

You can also hide the bookmark by right clicking next to the toolbar and unchecking it.

You may also want to go to add/remove programs and uninstall Bing Bar (usually what it is called)
