when firefox is up, I accidently have the right click menu popping up in the browser, in the tool bars, and the desktop and taskbar. This only happens when the browser is open.

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
