So what am I supposed to do to correct the problem

When I open to the internet I used to be able to pull down my search engines from my toolbar that you type the site you want to visit and it would save that search for later...now I just have firefos aith google to the side. I also get this alert about encrypted and non encrypted alert and I have no idea what this means.
