When i close one window firefox tries to close other firefox window as well

if i open a new window of Firefox and then close it i get the question "You are about to close x tabs. Are you sure you want to continue?" x being the number of tabs in my first firefox window... this message appears twice (second message right after i close the first one)... this only happens if the second firefox window have only one tab... if it has more then one tab when i try to close it i get the message about closing the multiple tabs on that window, but not on the first one.

if i open 3 or more windows, only by closing the second to last window i get the message about closing multiple tabs in my first window

EDIT: 31.03.2011. when i get the message about closing multiple tabs on my first window. if i do click "close tabs" nothing happens

Just to mention, i'm using Windows 7 Professional x64
