Hi Jeremy, how many sites are affected? I ask that because clearing all cookies will sign you out of everything, so you might not need to go that far. On the Settings page, Privacy & Security panel, scroll down a bit to the Cookies and Site Data section. Use the "Clear Data" button to clear the web content cache (don't clear all the cookies here). Use the "Manage Data" button to clear cookies for the site that isn't working correctly.
