I imported my bookmarks from an HTML file but they are not showing even after I close and restart the browser. Where are my bookmarks? And furthermore, your instructions for importing them in the first place did not work for me because the sequence and pictures did not match what I saw in my browser. I played around with it until I found the import part. And yet, no bookmarks.

Click through the folders in Bookmark Manager and make sure they didn't get dropped into a different folder. When I imported my own last time it put them in a folder under the Bookmarks Menu section. I had to find them and move them up to the Bookmarks Toolbar.

Also, your Firefox identified itself as the Extended Support Release of Firefox 68, which dates back two years now. I believe the support articles no longer go back that far and reflect the user interface of Firefox 91-103.

Any reason you can't update?

Thanks for pointing that out. I'm using a new laptop issued by my workplace that is supposed to be ab upgrade but which is much worse all around than the previous laptop. And guess what? When I try to update Firefox, it tells me updates have been deactivated by my network administrator! I sent out a help ticket. We'll see if this gets addressed. Thank you!
