Your software is blocking me from investigating web sites prior to placing an order. Why

For probably 40 days now, whenever I want to go to a web site to place an order your software is blocking me. I am 78 and to my knowledge I have never changed anything. What do you suggest when I want to research a company prior to placing my order? Glad to know kindness is the heart of your community group cause I am old. Sandra

Hi Sandra, what do you get instead of the web page you are trying to view? For example:

  • You get a red warning page about phishing or malware (How does built-in Phishing and Malware Protection work?)
  • You get a secure connection error page -- could you provide the error code, usually it is in ALL_CAPS and sometimes you need to click an Advanced button to find it
  • You get a blank page
  • Something else -- please describe it in a little more detail
