Hi, it could be your location and the Extensions you are using. If turn off Stealthy I would guess you get a error. So am not sure what to suggest.

There are others you maybe able to connect to but again I think your going to have to pause Ghostery & uBlock Origin. https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/search/?platform=windows&q=Sync

You can open about:sync-log via the location bar to see if there are recent error logs available. You can upload a recent log if the log is too big to put in a reply. https://pastebin.mozilla.org/
