Firefox set to ask where to download but videos still go to download file
I have double-checked that setting is to always ask where to download files. It did work previously but after a recent update, videos go to download file instead of asking me where. please help with this frustrating issue. Thanks a million

That must be frustrating. Have you tried what this article suggests to reset how certain download types are handled? I hope it helps.

Are you using an extension to download the videos?
If that is the case then you need to check the Options/Preferences of the extension on the about:addons page.
