I manage our church's website. The platform I use is Network Solutions. The header logo will no longer show up when viewed in Firefox. However it does show up in Chrome, IE and IOS. the Network Solutions support team did everything they could to ensure it was not on their end. How do I get the logo to show in Firefox? please see www.svdprogers.com

Are you talking about the first image? It shows up as a blue box.

404: Page not found This error is generated when there was no web page with the name you specified at the web site.

Troubleshooting suggestions: Ensure the page you are linking to exists in the correct folder. Check your file name for case sensitivity . Index.htm is not the same as index.htm! Temporarily disable any rewrite rules by renaming your .htaccess file if it exists.

Missing in the Google cache as well.

There are more images with a 404 response showing in the Network Monitor.

What should I do to solve the issue. Firefox has been displaying the logo for over two years, now it won't. Nothing was done to the website.

You will have to ensure that all the files that you use are on the server. If you do not know how to proceed then you can contact the hosting company for support. Other browsers that still work are likely using files from the disk cache.
