How can I set ALL default values for new Events (like whether it is a full-day-event or not)?

The only option I find in the settings menu of my (45.6.0) Thunderbird is the default duration of a new event. Where can I define other Values? Almost all my events are whole-day, can this be set to default? If not, you should seriously consider the feature :)

enhancement request are normally files as bugs in Bugzilla. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/

I can not find a similar request in there.
