I have used the "Refresh" fix for slowness, hanging, etc. It didn't work. Do I need to go back to an older version? I'm running 49.0.1

It doesn't matter what website I'm on...it takes forever to scroll down a page, and if I'm in my webmail, it just takes forever. I'm running Windows 10 Pro (no anniversary update yet). I also have Norton Internet Security Premier.
