I'm afraid you didn't. You can reply and use the 'Add images' function right above the 'Post Reply' button.

I have done so and I can see the image under "Uploaded mages". But how do I get it into my message? /hans peter

So it looks like you're talking about the mail toolbar. Right-click on an empty space of the toolbar - Customize. Use drag 'n drop to rearrange the items.
